Vivian Hassan-Lambert BA Honours, CNNA Dip DT, NVQ 4 TDLB, CIPD Associate
Vivian Hassan-Lambert set up VHL Learning after 19 years work in the field of Learning and Development.
With a BA in Literature and Creative Writing, from the University of California, and a Diploma in Drama Therapy from the Hertfordshire College of Art and Design, Vivian initially worked in Education and Community Theatre where she developed role-play techniques for training teachers, nursing staff and social work managers in social themes such as equality and disability awareness.
During a 13 year career in Local Government Vivian initiated and developed employee learning and performance policies, such as management competences and appraisal, and was the project leader for large-scale corporate programmes such as recruitment and selection. She has worked with Finance, Social Services, Housing, Education, Regeneration, Health, HR, Environment and Legal Services as well as Arts, Voluntary and Private Sector organizations and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has worked with all levels of staff from managing directors to first line managers and reception staff.
Vivian is interested in Systems and Family Theory and is a published writer and journalist.

Jane and Lesley have extensive experience of working with staff at all levels to encourage individual behavioural change and team development and commitment to meet Customer Focus Standards. With backgrounds in senior management in local authorities they have an excellent understanding of the day-to-day difficulties facing staff and managers providing a frontline service to the public.
