Consultancy Services
We offer one-to-one confidential consultancy and coaching packages for senior, departmental or section managers and executive directors.
Consultancy packages can provide either facilitative or directive approaches, that is, we can come up with a solution for you or we can help you to come up with a solution yourself!
Coaching and consultancy can be used to identify organizational training needs as well as assisting managers and other employees to understand and work through difficult situations.
Training Design
At VHL Learning we believe that in order for organizations to move forward individuals need to be supported and developed.
We start from what you want to achieve. All course content is linked to individual and organizational learning objectives. Preparation is dependent on the size and scale of your project.
We design comprehensive tutor’s notes and course materials. Training designs integrate a range of techniques - such as role-play, small and large group discussion, simulation, case studies and video.
Our consultants are experts in active learning methods. Our aim is to support departmental or organizational objectives while at the same time developing and motivating individual participants.

Facilitation & Business Coaching
We are particularly proud of the work we do in facilitation. We work with staff teams; focus groups or management teams, helping disparate parts of an organisation work and plan together. We work with newly established teams, teams struggling for financial survival or teams needing to clarify direction and strategy.
Corporate Programme Coordination
To save you the time and pressures of setting up large scale training programmes, VHL Learning offers a Corporate Programme Coordination service. We work in partnership with our clients. You bring us in, we do the legwork! We can help you to:

Business Writing
We write staff induction packs, reports, web and intranet text and staff development and training materials.
Costs
Costs vary depending on the scale and depth of a project. Packages are negotiated and agreed with the client. Preparation, evaluation, consultancy visits, delivery days, training budget and size of organization are all taken into consideration.
