VHL Learning, established by Vivian Hassan-Lambert, is an independent employee development consultancy, specializing in the public and voluntary sectors. We work with all levels of staff from Managing Directors to front line staff. We specialize in soft skills such as communication, policy implementation and people management.
With over 19 years of practical experience VHL Learning aims to provide inspired and tailor made training interventions to help people and organizations achieve their potential.
Our work begins from the moment you contact us. We ask you to describe your needs, your work and your organization. This helps us to tailor an approach that best suits your specific employee development issues.
We will come to your work place to meet you and any other relevant officers, managers or employees. We then provide a proposal over the phone, in writing or by e-mail. We can offer anything from a two-hour team development session to a series of two-day workshops spread over several months.
Everything we do is designed to fit the needs of individual clients.
We strive to work in partnership with our clients and ask to have a dedicated liaison officer for the duration of each project.
We operate within an equalities framework.
